This piece is a great starter armbinder that puts less stress on the shoulders by keeping the elbows bent and the hands outstretched along the arms. You can increase the intensity of the restraint by cinching this armbinder tighter. For even more extreme experience, cinch the binder around a reverse prayer position!
All armbinders are hand-made to order out of premium quality heavy-gauge latex (0.60mm or higher). All grommets and zippers are fully reinforced, making this piece form-fitting, shiny and durable. Please allow 4 weeks for order processing.
Sizes are based on shoulder-width* and arm length**. If you fall between sizes, go a size smaller as the lacing will accommodate slightly larger sizes.

Medium = 17"-18.5" shoulder, 23"-23.5"arm
Large = 18.5-19.5" shoulder, 23.5"-24" arm
